## Main Interview Questions ### What qualities should an ideal candidate for this position possess? Show the potential employer your interest in being as relevant as possible to his requests and expectations. This will help you understand what qualities the employer values in his employees. ### What opportunities for growth does this position offer? Find out about vertical and horizontal growth, training and mentorship programs, and internal employee rotation. Is there none of this in the company? This is a red flag and a cause for reflection. ### What challenges are often encountered in this role in your company? Ask the employer to tell you about the peculiarities and difficulties that arise while working in this position. This may include demanding sides, multitasking, high goals, a strict organizational structure, etc. Explain that you are not afraid of difficulties, you just want to prepare better for them. ### How is success in this position evaluated in the next 30/90/365 days? Find out what the employer expects from you and your activity. Understanding the expectations of the future company and its vision of "success" in general will show you its adequacy in evaluating working processes and help you understand whether this company is right for you or not. ### What are the strengths and weaknesses of my future team? What is the secret of effective work of your future team? Do they have current problems that they can't solve? How does the team usually look for solutions to such problems? These questions will demonstrate your understanding of the importance of teamwork, which many, for some reason, forget about at interviews, telling only about themselves as a multitasking solo manager. What tasks does the company face at the moment? Such a question not only perfectly demonstrates the breadth of your vision/thinking and understanding of business logic, but also, once again, shows your sincere interest in contributing to the development of the company. ### What do you like most about working in this company? This question should be addressed to your future managers/colleagues at later stages of the interview. The answers should be: adequate management, minimum meetings, balance between work/personal life, training payment, innovations/experiments, career growth, etc. All that remains for you is to assess the answers for the response they find in your consciousness and soul. ## Additional Interview Questions - How flexible is the work schedule?
