The Hooked Model [[Product Framework]] is a product management approach developed by Nir Eyal that focuses on building and sustaining [[Product Growth/User Engagment/Customer Engagement]].

It is based on the understanding that user engagement is a cycle of triggers, actions, rewards, and investments. The framework consists of four stages: Trigger, Action, Reward, and Investment.
1. The Trigger is what gets the user’s attention and initiates an action.
2. The Action is the behavior performed by the user in response to the Trigger.
3. The Reward is what incentivizes the user to engage further.
4. The Investment is what the user does to make the product more useful or better for future use.
The Hooked Model framework provides product managers with a framework for understanding user behavior and building products that create long-term [[Customer Engagement]] and helps them define the [[Customer Needs]], identify areas for improvement, and create strategies for [[Product Growth/User Engagment/Customer Engagement]].
