## Definitoin of Stickness

## Stickness Formula & Calculation
The formula for calculating stickiness is as follows:
> Stickiness = (Daily Active Users/Monthly Active Users) x 100
In this formula, Daily Active Users ([[Daily Active Users (DAU)]]) is the number of unique users who visit the product or service within a day and Monthly Active Users ([[Monthly Active Users (MAU)]]) is the number of unique users who visit the product or service within a month.
For example, if a product or service had 1,000 DAU and 10,000 MAU, the stickiness score would be 10%. This indicates that 10% of the total monthly user base visits the product or service each day.
A higher stickiness score would indicate higher engagement and loyalty, while a lower stickiness score would suggest that users are not as engaged or loyal to the product or service.
